Features of dynamic and static pressure spindle:
This series of spindles are mainly for processing high-precision products. The turning accuracy is ≤0.001mm. The machine tool installed with this spindle guarantees that the spindle's accuracy is unchanged for three years. The internal sliding bearing of the main shaft replaces the traditional rolling bearing support method, and overcomes the shortcoming of slowly losing precision of general main shaft rotation.
There are several oil grooves and oil chambers inside the dynamic and static pressure spindle. When the hydraulic pressure is turned on, a large pressure will be generated in the oil chamber, forming an oil film, and supporting the spindle. Its main shaft will rotate itself clockwise or counterclockwise according to different design requirements. The spindle speed can reach 400-10000 rpm, and the spindle can be used according to the manufacturer's specifications, with a life of up to 80,000 hours.
