NP Niu brand high-precision CNC special-shaped pin hole boring machine adopts overall flat bed design, rear chip removal, control system adopts imported or domestic well-known brands (system can be selected according to user requirements), variable frequency motor drive, X, Z direction drive adopt High-performance imported or domestic well-known brand system original AC servo motor. The X and Z directions of the machine tool adopt Taiwan or domestic high-precision linear guide pair and high-precision ball screw pair. It has good dynamic characteristics and high positioning and repeat positioning accuracy.

　　The spindle unit adopts the NP series high-speed precision dynamic and static pressure spindle unit independently developed by our company. The advanced sleeve type design sets the constant temperature state, which has high accuracy, high speed and strong rigidity. This machine is equipped with a precision fine-tuning servo boring device, which is suitable for the pin hole machining, roughing and finishing of special-shaped pin holes (ellipses, tapers, curve holes) in various internal combustion engines. The pin hole size can be controlled by the program. Fine-tuning; when processing pin holes, fine-tuning compensation and simultaneous operation of the spindle can be performed simultaneously. Different-shaped pin holes of various specifications can be made according to customer drawings, which can maintain product accuracy.
