The piston production line piston processing can not only mill various pistons and shaped non-circular cross-section parts, but also has the milling function of general-purpose CNC machine tools. All surface processing of the piston can be carried out in a single clamping. Piston processing also has in-process inspection and main shaft bearing thermal deformation compensation functions.

  A piston production line machine, which introduces the reduced working substance into the interior of the piston and discharges the working substance from several holes arranged on a part of the circle of the piston to the gap between the piston and the cylinder, thereby being equipped with an air bearing.   A piston production line device used in an external combustion engine 10, comprising: a piston body 211; a pressure accumulation chamber 212, which is formed inside the piston production line body; an import part 214, used to introduce the reduced working substance into the pressure accumulation chamber; and holes 216, which are arranged on a circular portion 211b of the piston production line body, and extend from the pressure accumulation chamber to the gap between the piston production line body and the cylinder 22 of the external combustion engine.

  The piston production line piston processing can mill various pistons, models, and other non-circular cross-sectional parts, and also has general-purpose CNC milling functions, and can complete the entire surface processing of the piston in one clamping.
